Who are you looking for?
We are looking for competent, passionate financial professionals to join our growing team. We provide transition assistance as well as business coaching/mentorship and a set of best practices. We provide the safety of a W-2, but with the freedom of a 1099. We’ve built the brand, the website, the models and the processes for you to use. We will be here as a guide and to offer best practices, but we understand you are the one who knows your clients the best and will support your vision.
Where is your office?
Our office is wherever our clients are! We work 100% remotely and as a member of this team you would be invited to do the same. If you currently have a physical location and want to keep it, you are welcome to. It's up to you to serve your clients in the way that works best for them.
How would you support my business?
When you join our team, we'll support you in these key areas:
- Mentorship: Derrick has over 18 years of experience as a Financial Advisor. He will partner closely with you to set and achieve your business goals. In his previous role he was a producing advisor as well as the Performance Leader for about 70 advisors. He also continues to mentor advisors throughout the country.
- Marketing: You will have full access to all marketing materials and logos created for Ryleigh Wealth Management. We can also assist with client education seminars, social media posts, YouTube marketing and other digital marketing as needed.
- Technical Support: Since our office is fully virtual, an understanding of online tools is crucial. We will offer trainings and ongoing support to make sure you and your clients are set up for success.
- Administrative Support: Roxanne Kirk is our administrative staff. She is experienced in the transition process and can assist with your scheduling and client administrative needs. If you have your own administrative staff that you'd like to transition with you, she can partner with them to ensure they have all the tools they need to best support you.
Compensation for support staff is your responsibility and will be negotiated. - Transition Support: Moving over your clients' accounts is a critical first step to independence. We understand the importance of this process and will closely partner with you to make it a smooth experience for both you, your staff, and your clients.
Before you even transition, there are many discussions to be had. Derrick will guide you through all the decision making that needs to occur.
Would I own my book of business?
Yes! Your clients are yours and we will provide Client Relationship Management (CRM) software, but that information is for you and your staff only unless you would like us to help service your clients.
